Payment

  • Payment is due upon delivery of final edited images.
  • Accepted methods: Any credit/debit card, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or cash. No PayPal account needed to pay online.

Delivery

  • Standard delivery: Within 72 hours of shoot.
  • Rush delivery: Within 24 hours (with Rush add-on).
  • 2 revision rounds included within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • 24+ hours notice: Full refund, no fee.
  • Same-day cancellation (less than 24hrs): 50% of quoted amount due.
  • No-show: Full amount (100%) due.
  • One free reschedule with 24+ hours notice.

Image Rights & Copyright

  • Client receives full usage rights for MLS listings, marketing materials, and social media.
  • VHF Visuals retains copyright and portfolio/promotional usage rights.

Drone / Aerial Services

  • Drone/aerial services are subject to FAA regulations, weather conditions, and airspace restrictions.
  • Flights may be rescheduled due to safety concerns at no additional cost.

Sales Tax

  • Applicable sales tax based on property location: MD 6%, DC 6–7%, VA varies by jurisdiction.
