Terms & Submit

Booking Terms & Policies

  • Deposit: 50% deposit required to secure your booking. Remaining balance due upon delivery of final images.
  • Delivery: Standard delivery within 72 hours. 24-hour turnaround available with the Rush Delivery add-on.
  • Cancellation (24+ hrs): Full refund of deposit.
  • Same-day cancellation: 50% of deposit retained.
  • No-show: Full session fee charged.
  • Rescheduling: One free reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Usage Rights: Client receives personal and social media usage rights for all delivered images.
  • Commercial Licensing: Available upon request at additional cost.
  • Copyright: Photographer retains copyright and portfolio usage rights.
  • Weather Policy: Weather-dependent outdoor sessions will be rescheduled at no charge if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
